If possible, please bring:
A Great Story or myth to inspire your labyrinth
A sketch or idea for your Mandala
Reference photos/drawings for inspiration,
Small beads (on strings), small shells, buttons, ribbons, Milagros, charms, (plus a bit extra to share)
Painting smock or old clothes
Very small palette knife and brushes (for acrylic, NOT soft watercolor or oil brushes), plastic container for paint water, rags
If you want to use gold or silver on your Mandala, consider buying and bringing your own (acrylic) paint.
Rulers, compasses (for making circles), etc. for setting out your design

When:
All Mentors/Doulas: 5 pm Friday, May 18 to noon Sunday, May 20
Certified Mentors only: 5 pm Sunday, May 20 to noon Tuesday, May 22 (Eagles are invited to stay for the whole four nights!)
(For Eagles who are attending both events, we will have some lovely field trip options on Sunday afternoon from noon to 5.)

Synergia Ranch in Santa Fe, New Mexico

Synergia is just 30 minutes from Santa Fe and 45 minutes from Albuquerque. Consider adding a day or so onto to your trip, so you can visit those wonderful New Mexico towns!

Tuition:
All-Mentor Retreat only: $150       (2 days)
Red Tent only: $120                      (2 days)
Retreat+Red Tent: $250                (4 days)
Advisors receive additional discount of $10/day.

Room & board:
This fee includes all meals: vegan and gluten-free options will be available. Exact price will vary depending on your choice of accommodations, which include: camping in your own tent, dorms, doubles, or private rooms.

Here are the price ranges of room+board for each event:
All-Mentor Retreat only (2 nights): $120-210
Red Tent only (2 nights): $120-210
Retreat+Red Tent (4 nights): $240-420

Total cost (tuition+ room/board):
Not including travel expenses, your total price-ranges are as follows:

Red Tent only (2 nights): $240-330
Retreat+Red Tent (4 nights): $490-670

Registration:
Space is limited! Registration is taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. To hold your spot, place your deposit of $100 now!

Please note: Register and pay early to SAVE money! Tuition costs are on a tiered level, according to when you pay in full.

Please note: At this time, we do not anticipate that we will have room for babies or partners. If you need to bring family with you and are willing to camp in your own tent, please email our office to be placed on a wait-list in case we have space.
Also, in order to make this event affordable, we have kept tuition rates low. For this reason, we are unable to offer further discounts or scholarships for this event.

About Certification and attending the Red Tent:
If you are a Bear Mentor and you wish to attend the Red Tent, you need to submit your Advanced/Certification packet to your Advisor no later than March 1. (This means you should be making your recordings now, editing them, reflecting on them, and sending them to your peers in the next month or so.) Don't wait until you are Certified to register—save your spot now!

This Retreat is only open to active BIRTHING FROM WITHIN Mentors and Doulas, no matter what their level of training. Whether you are raring to go, need an infusion of BFW energy, or just want to connect with other like-minded birth peeps, this event is for you. We look forward to seeing you next Spring in beautiful New Mexico!
