After each level of training/workshops, we offer our new, Advanced and Certified Mentors ongoing support and teaching so that BIRTHING FROM WITHIN^® Mentors continue to grow personally and professionally.  In this way, parents benefit from our commitment to personal growth and professional excellence.

 

Mentors who are enrolled in our Certification Program or Certified are invited to participate in free monthly Conference Calls which are facilitated by Advisors, Facilitators, and Pam England.

Each month, we offer two levels of Mentor Calls:

1) All Mentor – Calls for Mentors who are enrolled after the Introductory Workshop, Advanced and Certified. These are schedule the last Monday of every month, the times alternate from morning to afternoon each month to make it convenient for our Mentors in various time zones around the country.

2) Advanced Mentor – Calls: for Mentors who have completed the Advanced Mentor Retreat or who are Certified

ABOUT THE CALLS

Each Conference Call is led by a BFW Advisor, Facilitator or Pam England. You will join other Mentors from around the world.

Typically, the Call is an hour (occasionally it lasts a bit longer). The topics vary widely; they are divided into three categories: (1) practical/birth knowledge, (2) BFW/mentoring processes, and (3) personal growth. The Call begins with the Leader presenting a teaching; during the second part of the Call, participants are invited to ask questions, share experiences, practice new techniques with the Leader, and learn from each other.

To fulfill Home Study and Certification requirements, you are required to participate in at least three Mentor Conference Calls per year of your choice. However, you are welcome to attend every Call.

Before each Call, our Mentors receive an email reminder re: date, time, topic, the number to call, and any suggested reading or assignments to prepare for the call.
