Birth Story Listening: A Tele-Seminar series   $275.00

Learn how to help prevent and heal emotional birth trauma in this eight-week tele-seminar (distance course via phone/conference call), led by Pam England and Virginia Bobro.

The day/time listed for each session is the mandatory class time, in Pacific (California) time. Do not sign up for the course if you cannot commit to that day/time. Weekly calls are approx. 75 minutes.  While calls are recorded for students' future reference, attending calls is a requirement of the course. Check the time in your time-zone.

Session #7 (Any Birth Professionals): April 17 - June 5, Tuesdays at 1 pm. FULL: Please contact the office if you'd like to be placed on the wait-list.

Session #8 (Any Birth Professionals):  June 20 - August 8, Wednesdays at 9 am.

Session #9 (BFW Mentors only):  Sept. 12 - Oct. 31, Wednesdays at 9 am.

Cancellation policy: a $50 admin fee will be accessed for those cancelling 24 hours prior to the start of the course. Once the course has started no credits or refunds will be given.

Fee: $275 (Mentors receive add'l 10% discount), which includes: 

• A 30-minute private Birth Story phone session with Pam England or Virginia Bobro  ($75 value).
• Seven 75-minute classes (live conference calls).
• Detailed hand-outs, lessons, and readings.
• Individual skills assessment, feedback, and support from Pam and/or Virginia.
• Group email support throughout the 8 weeks.
• Access to past Birth Story sessions led by Pam England and Virginia Bobro. Hear birth story listening, solution-focused dialog, and the healing process modeled.

Enrollment is by application. Once you register and pay, you will receive an application form by email. We reserve the right to deny any applicant. Mentor Retreat & Red Tent 2012: Santa Fe, New Mexico   $100.00

The All-Mentor Retreat (May 18-20) and Red Tent (May 20-22) will take place at Synergia Ranch near Santa Fe, New Mexico. A $100 deposit holds your spot. Please indicate whether you will be attending the Mentor Retreat, the Red Tent or both. (You must be a Certified Mentor to attend the Red Tent.)

Online Course: Teaching Birth Art   $125.00

This fantastic and very popular online distance course is designed by Pam England for people who work with pregnant women and their partners. You will be guided in the nuts-and-bolts of making and teaching from birth art in both private sessions and group classes. Lessons are lively, fun, and very informative.

Our interactive course is offered in two formats: one session for our BFW Mentors and Doulas (four weeks), and one for everyone else (five weeks)!  Each session includes lessons, weekly assignments, interactive forums and live online chats with your peers and Pam England and/or Virginia Bobro. Each session includes two group conference calls. You will come away with a myriad of skills and processes to enhance your work and personal awareness!

Online chats and conference calls at held every Wednesday at 11 am (Pacific time).

Past sessions have sold out two months in advance, so register early! Enrollment is limited to ensure personal attention. When you register, please indicate WHICH session you want. 

Before you register, be sure you can participate fully for the entire length of the session. Assignments include holding birth art sessions during the session, so if you are on a solo boat voyage around the world, that won't really work! (You can, however, work on the course assignments at any time that is convenient for you or from anywhere in the world.)  Online chats are held once a week, on Wednesdays at 11 am (Pacific time). All chats and calls are optional and archived, so they can be accessed later.

This is to register for a series of six (60 minute) childbirth classes with Pam England, by phone or Skype. You will receive a free gift (Pain-coping CD).  SAVE $50!  All fees are non-refundable.

Pam now offers private 60 or 90 minute sessions in person or on the phone, to mothers, fathers, Mentors and other birth professionals.
