ANNUAL DUES ARE DUE BEFORE
FEBRUARY 1, 2012.
You must already be enrolled in the Mentor and/or Doula Certification Program. Dues are $100 and are not prorated.
After February 1: Late fee of $30, plus dues of $100.
After April 1 (60 days late): Late fee of $60, plus dues of $100.
After January 31 (one year late): Late fee of $100, plus current year dues of $100, plus additional reinstatement requirements such as: attending an online-course, doing additional reading, etc.
Beyond one year: Re-instatements are considered on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the late fees, the Mentor/Doula will be required to attend an Introductory Workshop.
**The Mentor Discount CANNOT be applied to dues.**

Mentor Certification Fee $150.00
The current Certification Fee is $150 and the current Recertification Fee is $150 (recertification is every three years). This fee must be paid before you submit your completed Advanced/Certification Packet to your Advisor (or your Recertification Packet to the BFW Office).

Virginia Bobro is a Certified Birthing From Within Mentor, Doula, Advisor and Senior Workshop Facilitator. She is also an IBCLC (Lactation Consultant).
