Intro to Preparing for Postpartum

As with birth, you cannot fully plan for all of the unknowns of postpartum…but there are things you can do to prepare for the experience. This one-hour introductory course offers an overview of the many facets of preparation – physical, practical, emotional, relational –  that will help you navigate the postpartum journey ahead.
