Solution Focused Dialogue (SFD) is a collaborative, empowering approach to navigating challenges. Rooted in the belief that individuals already hold the seeds of their own solutions, SFD shifts the focus from analyzing problems to envisioning and building desired change. Rather than offering advice or diagnoses, we support growth through curiosity, deep listening, and thoughtful questions that spark self-discovery and openness.Two live session, two and a half hours each.

In this two-part course, participants will explore the core principles, mindset, and step-by-step process of Solution Focused Dialogue. Through interactive practice and real-world application, you'll learn how to:
Ask powerful, forward-moving questions.
Focus conversations on goals, strengths, and resources, without minimizing existing challenges.
Identify and amplify small signs of progress.
Use techniques like the “miracle question” and scaling to promote insight and action.
Create space for meaningful, client-led change without needing to know or provide answers.
Whether you work as a mentor, coach, educator, counselor, or leader, this course will equip you with practical tools to support others in moving from stuck to unstuck with confidence, respect, and clarity.
