This is the nitty-gritty question that everyone engaged in childbirth education will eventually need to grapple with. This document gives a list of BfW processes, as well as basic topics (e.g. stages of labor), that you might include in your classes.
There are many different ways to organize classes with Birthing from Within content including 4 or 5 week series, or full day immersions. Here is one example of how a class series may be structured.
