We’ll discuss optimal fetal positioning and review common upright, forward-leaning, side-lying, and supported rest positions, including how they may be helpful in different phases of labor. Through gentle movement and guided exploration, you’ll have space to notice what feels grounding, powerful, or restful in your own body.

In this call, we’ll explore how milk supply works, what’s normal, and how to read your baby’s cues with more clarity. The ABCs of Babywearing
In this introductory call, we’ll explore the ABC’s of babywearing, including safety, positioning, and simple ways to begin. We’ll offer guidance and space for questions so you can find a way of carrying that feels supportive, comfortable, and aligned with you and your baby.
Coping Skills for Labor & Birth
On this one-hour call, we'll explore a variety of common physical and emotional coping skills for labor and birth including mindfulness and breathing techniques, positions for comfort and progress, hands-on support methods, and simple tools like heat, touch, and movement. Participants will gain a clearer understanding of how these strategies can help reduce tension, and build confidence for the birthing process.
Latch Basics
The latch doesn’t have to be stressful. In this call, we’ll confront the fear and confusion surrounding latching a newborn. This session will remove the mystery, lessen stress, and give you practical tools for a more confident feeding experience. You’ll learn what makes a good latch, how to recognize common challenges, and simple strategies to support comfortable, effective feeding.
Giving Birth Again
This call is for parents preparing to birth again! Whether this is your second, third, or subsequent birth, taking time to reflect on previous experiences can help you clarify what you want (or don’t want) this time. Together, we’ll explore what coping tools supported you before, share additional strategies for your upcoming birth, and offer tips for preparing older siblings for the arrival of a new baby.
