This call is for parents preparing to birth again! Whether this is your second, third, or subsequent birth, taking time to reflect on previous experiences can help you clarify what you want (or don’t want) this time. Together, we’ll explore what coping tools supported you before, share additional strategies for your upcoming birth, and offer tips for preparing older siblings for the arrival of a new baby.
Preparing for Postpartum Series
Four 90 minute virtual sessions held on 1/9, 1/16, 1/23, & 1/30
In this four-week series, we will explore how to:
Assess – and adjust – expectations for postpartum healing and life with a newborn.
Prepare for the unknowns that lie ahead while also making practical plans where possible.
Bring self-compassion into the postpartum journey.

Baby-Proofing Your Relationship
Bringing a new baby into your life doesn’t just change your routines—it transforms your relationship, too. This call offers a compassionate space to explore how you and your partner can stay connected, even as you step into the unknown together.

Monthly Member Call: Preparing for Induction
Induction of labor is a common medical intervention. In this one hour call, we will share a basic overview of induction techniques, ideas for physical and emotional coping, and what is important to consider from the perspective of a parent.
Intro to Mindfulness & Coping
One 60 minute virtual session.
Research shows that mindfulness-based practices can lower anxiety, support emotional resilience, and improve overall well-being. In this introductory one hour class, you will learn a foundational Birthing from Within mindfulness/coping practice to support you in pregnancy, labor, and beyond!

Monthly Member Call: Postpartum Emotional Health
Join BfW Trainer Christine D'Esposito for this introductory session on postpartum emotional health, where we’ll explore the basics of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs). Learn about common signs, risk factors, and when to seek support, as well as practical strategies for emotional well-being during the postpartum period.

Join Birthing from Within trainer and Licensed midwife, Maeve Sundstrom for "Ask a Midwife", a supportive and informative session where parents can connect with a professional midwife to ask questions about pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood. The focus is on sharing general advice, resources, and encouragement to help you navigate this exciting journey.
